機能: CAD のヘルプファイルの位置を取得する。

引数

vla-object … PreferencesFilesのVLAオブジェクト

戻り値: ヘルプファイルのパス

MEMO：このプロパティは CAD ヘルプファイルのドライブ、パス、およびファイル名を指定する。
