構文: (Tingr:convertslopetorad format slope )

機能: format で与えられた slope 形式の傾きの値をラジアンに変換する。

引数

format ：傾斜値の形式を指定する整数。（bcTinSlopeRiseRun = 0, bcTinSlopeDegrees = 1, bcTinSlopePercent = 2, bcTinSlopeRadians = 3）
slope ：ラジアンに変換される勾配値

戻り値: ラジアン値 or NIL

- 勾配フォーマットについては、ETinSlopeFormatを参照。
